Board Meeting Cancelled for Thursday, June 6, 2024
We have already been notified by several board members that they will be unable to attend the meeting on Thursday, June 6, 2024. This will cause us to not be able to have enough required board members in attendance, according to our Bylaws, to have a quorum in order to vote.
Our Board meetings are usually held on the first Thursday of the month. Since the normal meeting date for July falls on a holiday, July 4th, the next meeting will be on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
